I have served in Christian ministry almost 3 decades. My experience pertinent to this role is as follows: Pastoral care, church administration, discipleship, and leadership development.

A brief description of what you envision for the role “for such a time as this”:

I envision this role to be one that will work with the Director and the rest of the E-team in steering the vision of the AHN, I see this role as one in which I will work with the director, and support them as needed. My hope is that with the help of the Holy Spirit, the Director will discern the actual need of the AHN members and look to strategize and plan ways to help resource, equip, and encourage them within their respective ministerial context.
